This CPU is built using a 0.13 µm process and features 256 Kb of L2 cache inside the core. This particular sample is a Tualatin Rev A0 and comes with a CPUID of 6B0h while the first commercial Tualatin used a CPUID of 6B1h. The commercial CPU was launched in late June 2001 while this CPU was produced in the first week of 2001.
